Everything on the platter is marinated in house before it reaches the grill — chicken in garlic, lemon and our own spice blend, minced kofta with parsley and onion, and skewers grilled until the edges char and the centre stays juicy. Manitoba-sourced halal meat is the starting point for all of it.
